To compare several molecules in 3D, simply select the compounds of interest; you can then either click on the "3D Multiple poses" sidebar, or click on the "See 3D multiple poses" button in the pop-up selection banner.
In the 3D view side window that opens, the selected molecules are seen together. Users can select to either show or hide the reference molecule of their 3D parameters.
