QSAR models can be applied on any molecule given to Makya.
For rescoring of your own datasets, we recommend creating a new Scorer, selecting the QSAR objectives of your choosing, and using this Scorer to rescore datasets (in the form of Makya Datasets or local csv files).
For live spot-checks, you can send molecules to the QSAR and retrieve their scores. Simply click on the Test button of your QSAR model and input your molecule.
