A Makya project offers an independent workspace where the user can perform all operations specific to a project – uploading datasets, adding external scorers, training predictors, and configuring and launching generations – while keeping it completely separate from other projects. This is useful when users are working on multiple projects simultaneously. For example, the user can create two projects, one for the frontrunner, and other for the backup compound series against the same receptor target. This structure does not affect computing resource allocation.

Working in an existing Project
An existing project can be accessed simply by clicking on the project name. This will give the user access to datasets, predictors, scorers, generators, etc. for this project.
